華泰 今年營收獲利拚登峰

工商時報【記者涂志豪╱台北報導】

封測廠華泰電子（2329）營運漸入佳境，在去年全年營收順利改寫歷史新高後，今年受惠於大股東金士頓、江波龍、群聯等擴大釋出NAND Flash封測及模組代工訂單，加上EMS事業接單暢旺，卡位資料中心及先進駕駛輔助系統（ADAS）有成，法人看好今年營收及獲利均將挑戰歷史新高，全年每股淨利將上看1.5∼1.7元。

華泰去年第4季受惠於NAND Flash封測接單強勁，合併營收季增19.0％達44.43億元，創下歷史新高紀錄。

去年全年合併營收衝上161.19億元，較前年成長16.5％，亦創下年度營收歷史新高紀錄。

由於營運轉型成功，法人預估華泰去年每股淨利將達1.2∼1.3元，並看好今年營運將更上層樓。

華泰去年順利完成董監改選，NAND控制IC廠群聯、大陸最大記憶卡廠江波龍（netcom）出任董事，監察人則由金士頓出任，在大股東的協助下，華泰在NAND Flash封測市場已逐步擴大市占率，已經建立穩定獲利的營運模式。

事實上，今年NAND Flash市場仍具強勁成長動能，除了智慧型手機及穿戴裝置搭載的eMMC/eMCP容量明顯放大外，固態硬碟（SSD）市場也出現強勁成長。

同時，包括三星、SK海力士、東芝及SanDisk、英特爾及美光等四大陣營，今年不僅採用新一代1y/1z奈米製程的新產能將全面開出，新一代3D NAND晶片也將進入量產階段。

對華泰來說，上游NAND Flash廠新製程產能開出後，需要更大的封測產能支援，在金士頓、江波龍、群聯等大股東的支持下，今年第1季NAND Flash封測接單仍維持高檔，第2季之後可望維持穩定成長動能。

此外，華泰EMS事業接單也有所突破，特別是卡位資料中心及ADAS市場有成。

據了解，華泰已獲日系汽車大廠的ADAS次系統及電動車充電模組代工訂單，今年第1季雖是淡季，但第2季後出貨會見到明顯成長動能，營運上看起來將會呈現先蹲後跳的局面。

也因此，在NAND Flash封測接單續強，以及EMS事業卡位新藍海市場等情況下，法人看好華泰今年全年營收及獲利均將改寫歷史新高，全年每股淨利可望挑戰1.5∼1.7元；華泰不評論法人預估的財務數字。
