華映連虧8年面臨下市危機

華映（2475）自金融風暴以來連續虧損8年，每股淨值僅剩0.12元，市場預料第2季恐將持續虧損，屆時淨值將轉為負數，面臨下市危機。對此，華映表示，並無下市計畫，正持續改善財務狀況。

華映在2010年曾經辦理減資彌補虧損，當時累積虧損998.89億元，已超過實收資本額之二分之一，減資998.89億元，減資比率約60.59％，減資後資本額降為647.95億元。儘管曾經減資瘦身，但華映從2008年金融風暴以來營運狀況持續不佳，連續虧損8年，累計虧損金額高達593億元，每股淨值更是只有0.12元，股價只有0.5元。

華映今年第1季稅後淨損約27.9億元，每股淨損約0.44元。第2季手機面板止跌上揚，但先前面板價格超跌，漲幅有限，法人預估，華映第2季仍將持續虧損。第2季若是續虧，華映淨值將轉為負數，也將面對下市危機。

對此，華映表示，公司沒有下市計畫，且持續努力改善財務狀況。以去年來說，出售旗下一座4代廠給凌巨，至於營運則是朝向選擇性接單，捨棄不賺錢的手機訂單。

華映指出，旗下一座4.5代廠於11月中旬停產，把車載、工控等高毛利率的產品集中在另一座4.5代廠生產，希望縮減開支、度過寒冬。反映在第1季財報，雖然面板價格下跌，但是毛利率和EBITDA獲利率都提升。此外，先前大陸轉投資公司華映光電完成人民幣100億元的增資，由於是溢價發行，可望挹注華映母公司淨值。

展望2016年，華映表示，中小尺寸面板市場狀況仍相當嚴峻，公司首重嚴控各項費用支出、提高產能利用率。此外，營運會從過去如手機等消費性電子產品，轉而聚焦在車載、工控顯示器等高附加價值與利基型產品比重的提升，以優化產品毛利率。

華映今年中小尺寸面板出貨目標為2.73億片，在個別產品應用方面，智慧型手機領域將致力提升主流a-Si高解析度產品成本競爭力，並且持續開發in cell內嵌式觸控面板。

在平板電腦方面，華映則會積極拓展二合一筆電與教育平板等應用市場尋求差異化；至於車載面板，則是要持續提升車前市場和搭載觸控。此外，該公司去年成立工控事業部，除了穩固現有主流機種外，並爭取POS、遊戲、醫療、航空、公眾顯示器等商機。
